🔁 Opitas Coffee – Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns
• We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the perishable nature of our coffee products.
• Non-perishable items (such as brewing accessories) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
2. Refunds and Replacements
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and a photo of the item.
• We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.

3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs for returning non-perishable items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
