• Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order details and a photo of the item.

• Refunds or replacements will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
